Days and Shifts Vary
Under the general supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, the Dishwasher will perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks relating to service-ware, equipment and the La Posada facilities.
Skills / Requirements
- Washes dishes, pots/pans and equipment used in the kitchen and dining areas and puts away dry in proper places.
- Operates, cleans and maintains the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintains all areas according to cleaning schedules including, trash receptacles, sweeping/mopping the kitchen floor, cleaning walls/ceilings and other structures.
- Daily trash disposal within regulations and utmost compliance.
- Maintains loading dock in clean and neat appearance.
- Follows all safety guidelines in regard to job and physical safety.
