Job Description


Monday - Friday

7:00am - 3:30pm

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, to provide professional Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repairs of the highest quality, in a timely manner.  

Preventive Maintenance includes checking and replacing light bulbs, A/C filters, emergency lights and ceiling tiles on a daily, monthly and/or quarterly basis. Inspect and perform monthly maintenance on golf carts, move furniture or equipment when necessary and performs all other daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual PM as scheduled.




Skills / Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people as well as maintain proper records and logs.
  • Must be able to follow Federal, State, and local building codes and follow general safety standards as set by OSHA.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, sit and kneel using good body mechanics for long periods of time.
  • Ability to carry / lift up to 50lbs.
  • Operation of boom lift to facilitate washing windows of second and third floor of the apartment buildings.
  • Knowledge of apartment and commercial types of maintenance and repairs.
  • Have attained a High School Diploma.

Previous experience in apartment building maintenance and commercial buildings is preferred.
