Your Role as a Concierge

As the Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of our community, ensuring residents and guests receive outstanding service and support. Your role will include:

• Greeting and assisting residents and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet residents’ needs.
• Accepting and distributing deliveries, packages, and messages.
• Keeping the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assisting with resident transportation to recreational and social events.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning spills and taking out trash.
• Monitoring, stocking, and ordering supplies.
• Upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – professional, courteous, and empathetic.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive, patient, and team-oriented mindset.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
