This is a full time position, but flexibility is key - shifts and days will vary based on operational needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, and utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dishwashing area.
• Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring they are delivered to the correct kitchen and serving areas.
• Monitor and change dishwater and soak tubs regularly to maintain proper sanitation.
• Remove trash, sweep, mop, and maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Properly set up and break down dishwashing stations.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including handwashing procedures and temperature monitoring for dish machines.
• Assist with additional kitchen support duties as needed.
