Under the general supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, the Dishwasher will perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks relating to service-ware, equipment and the La Posada facilities.
Skills / Requirements
Washes dishes, pots/pans and equipment used in the kitchen and dining areas and puts away dry in proper places.
Operates, cleans and maintains the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
Maintains all areas according to cleaning schedules including, trash receptacles, sweeping/mopping the kitchen floor, cleaning walls/ceilings and other structures.
Daily trash disposal within regulations and utmost compliance.
Maintains loading dock in clean and neat appearance.
Follows all safety guidelines in regard to job and physical safety.
