 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for recruitment and performance evaluations of front desk personnel.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training of the Front Desk personnel.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Understand and execute all Front Desk duties.
  • Maintain resident information in database.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
  • Prepare Front Desk personnel schedules and assure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. 

Skills & Abilities

  • Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience : One to two years related experience
  • Computer Skills: Word processing, spreadsheets, publishing, graphics, email, calendars, database
