We are currently seeking a Resident Services Director to join our dedicated leadership team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, the Resident Services Director is responsible for ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction by overseeing and coordinating the delivery of key services, including transportation, the service center, and front desk programs. This position plays a vital role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our residents by leading with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to excellence.

Essential Functions
- Commitment to promote La Posada’s mission; commitment to service excellence as well as ability to embrace other La Posada values and "ends."
- Ensure that new resident orientation is timely and positive and that paperwork is completed and returned. Handle garage, carport, storage and golf cart space assignments.
- Ensure good communication between all resident service departments, as well as between management and these departments and the residents we serve. This position is a primary contact for resident issues and concerns.
- Ensures good communication with marketing and settling-in so that resident experience is seamless.
- Assists as needed with planning and coordination for special functions.
- Monitor resident satisfaction within resident services areas (assist with and evaluate annual survey process and results).
- Works directly with resident hospitality committee and any other designated resident council committees.
- Monitors productivity and morale of resident services staff in all areas.
- Ensure adequate customer service training of new staff needed to support the operation of resident services departments.
- Ensure that all resident service departments (Service Center, Front Desk, Transportation) understand and adhere to La Posada policies, especially with regard to employee treatment and resident relationships.
- Supports and promotes the community benefit program: tracking and documentation of annual summary and disclosure (between 1/15 - 2/1 each year).
- Interfaces with campus case managers and CCC committee in the interest of residents to facilitate wellness and campus transfers.
- Develops and maintains the integrity of the resident services budgets.
- Ensures that resident manual and other resident communications are current and distributed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Shares responsibility for identifying refurbishment needs in common areas.
- Maintains, trains and oversees the campus wide resident database and assists with future development.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities
- Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)
- Experience : Three to seven years related experience
- Computer Skills
General computer skills with a suite such as Microsoft office and the ability to learn and use specialized systems related to residents services management.
