We are looking for a flexible, friendly, professional to join our Service Center Team. The Service Center is a 24-hour / Seven day a week call center which handles all resident and staff inquiries.
Operate telephone business systems equipment or switchboards to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls and radio communications. Provide information to callers and route requests to appropriate departments. Route emergency calls appropriately. Schedule appointments and book rooms and transportation. Monitor alarms systems. Function comfortably in a fast paced, performance based call center environment.
Qualifications: High school graduate or GED and/or six months to one year related experience in an office or public setting serving customers/clients. Able to perform advanced computer functions using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a maintenance work order system and some custom software. Data entry skills with good accuracy and speed. Excellent customer service and telephone skills a must.
